PARSONS XTREME GOLF - TECHNICAL DESIGN MANAGER
Support the VP of Design & Production in managing all aspects of the technical development of garments for fast fashion luxury brand PXG.
Responsible for clear and concise communication of designer ideas into techpacks, patterns, and all sample stages through production TOPs/T1s.
Manage all grading for men’s and women’s collections. Own development of fit and pattern changes with factories from sample to size runs into production.
Work closely with international factories on complex projects, including factory teams in Italy, Korea, China, Peru, Vietnam, Taiwan facilities. Included domestic production in NYC and Los Angeles.
Implemented modular Adobe Illustrator CAD library ecosystem and CLO 3D program to establish PXG startup’s design and fit techpack communication system.
Mentored and lead junior designers in techpack development and how to fit and advise comments.
Built curriculums to help team hit deadlines and streamline voice for all designers to communicate design intent to factories, establishing quality control standards.
Expedited creation to market efficiency, doubling profits annually.
